Itinerary
Day 1: Darwin - Kakadu
Travel deep into Kakadu National Park. Take a guided walk at Nourlangie Rock to view Aboriginal rock art. After lunch join the Yellow Water Billabong Cruise to observe saltwater crocodiles. Visit the Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre. Opportunity for a scenic flight (own expense) over the Arnhem Land Escarpment.

Day 2: Kakadu - Darwin
This morning stop at Ubirr for a short walk to view rock art. Join the Guluyambi Cruise along the East Alligator River in search of saltwater crocodiles. We have an Aboriginal guide with us and with the special permission of the local people, we will be able to go ashore in Arnhem Land. Visit the Bowali Visitor Centre. Return journey to Darwin.

Day 3: Darwin - Katherine
Travel south from Darwin and stop at the Adelaide River War Cemetery. Continue to Edith Falls, where there is time for a refreshing swim (conditions permitting). Enjoy lunch onboard a 2 hour scenic cruise through Katherine Gorge in Nitmiluk National Park. There is a short walk to reach the second gorge. Enjoy a brief tour of Katherine before returning to Darwin. An evening stop is made at Adelaide River where you may purchase dinner (own expense) such as the famous ‘Barra and Chips’.
