Penfods Barossa - Make Your Own Blend Tour.
Become a part of the Penfold's famous winemaking team! After a first hand look at the winemaking process and an introduction to the Penfold's winemaking style, try your hand at creating your own award winning blend, using Shiraz, Grenache and Mouvedre wine, just like Penfold's own Bin 138. After creating your own wine, it's time to bottle your masterpiece ready to take home to enjoy that night.

Saltram Estate including Lunch at Salter's Restaurant
One of the Barossa's many gems, Saltram Estate and Salter's Restaurant provide exquisite Barossa cuisine matched with a range of superb Saltram wines.  Here we enjoy either a two course luncheon complemented by a structured tasting of Saltram wines, or for those seeking a more indulgent offering, enjoy Salter's 4 course degustation menu, complete with perfectly matched wines.

Ultra Premium Experience. 
Recognised internationally as one of the best producers of Australian wine, this state-of-the-art Visitor Centre and Winery provides us with an exclusive tasting of some of the Wolf Blass iconic wines, during a private tasting with your dedicated wine educator.  Guests receive full tasting notes and a special thank you gift on departure.

Seppeltsfield Heritage Tour. 
With a history spanning over 150 years, this incredible winery is our last stop on our Barossa Valley Sensational Tour.  After a guided walking tour through the historic winery and cellars, we complete our day with a tasting in the underground cellars, including the fortified wines for which Seppelt is so famous.
