- Visiting Wolf Blass, who has around 550 hectares of vineyards throughout the premium viticulture regions of South Australia. The winery in the Barossa Valley produces around 700,000 cases of wine annually. Wolf Blass Wines are exported to over 80 countries, most notably The United Kingdom, The United States of America, Hong Kong and Japan

Names such as Monkey Nut Tree Merlot and Deer Stalker make this an interesting range of wines to taste.- Visit the acoustic phenomena of the Whispering Wall, an engineering feat.
