Self Guided tour of the Wine Discovery Journey, the journey will take you through the stages of the wine making process from growing grapes and making wine to drinking & appreciating wine. Speak to a wine maker through the interactive computer hologram or try your hand at virtual wine making on the computer display. This will be followed by a structured wine tasting.
