, Russell Falls A Lake St Clair

Today we go west to the pristine wilderness of Mount Field National Park - entry point to the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area. Walking among the tallest trees on earth, we arrive at beautiful Russell Falls. We'll see wildlife including Pademelons, a marsupial unique to Tasmania.

Our lunch stop is at Australia's deepest lake, peaceful Lake St Clair. If you're lucky you might see a platypus! In the afternoon we'll visit Donaghy's Hill, a peak where incredible views can be seen in every direction. Majestic Frenchmans Cap can be seen in the distance and the iconic Franklin River winds its way through the valley below.

Overnight - Holiday House at Tullah

, Strahan A Henty Dunes

An action packed day exploring Tasmania's enchanting west coast. First up we walk through lush rainforest to Montezuma Falls - Tasmania's tallest waterfall.

The beautiful fishing town of Strahan is our lunch stop today. Relax and take in the charm and history of a town that was once one of the most remote outposts of the British Empire.

In the afternoon it's time to get your jump on! Just north of Strahan are the massive Henty Dunes - we'll walk to the top for a wonderful view across the Southern Ocean with the opportunity to get fantastic jump photosl

Overnight - Holiday House at Tullah

, Sheffield ft Launceston

This morning it's all about Cradle Mountain! We stay 4 hours with a range of hikes and activities that allow you to choose your own adventure and enjoy Cradle to the max!

At lunch time we arrive at Sheffield - the town of murals. Public art work is everywhere here - and look out for the alpaca man! This afternoon we enjoy some of Tasmania's finest foods, stopping at the Honey Farm where there are 50 types of honey to taste! We also go to 41 Degrees Salmon to try delicious hot smoked salmon.

In the evening we arrive at Tasmania's northern capital, Launceston. Cataract Gorge is a stunning natural attraction in the heart of the city.

, Bicheno ft the East Coast

Today we go travel east, admiring the unique memorial carvings at Legerwood and tasting the delights of Pyengana Dairy Company.

The highlight of the day is the stunning Bay of Fires. With some of the whitest sand and clearest water you will ever see, it's obvious why Lonely Planet called it their favourite place on earth in 2009! Take your time to explore the beach - the remoteness means it never gets busy! If you like oysters you'll get a chance to buy some too.

In the evening we arrive at our accommodation in the seaside town of Bicheno. As darkness falls walk the short distance to the beach to see the little penguins come ashore to nest.

Overnight - Bicheno

, Freycinet National Park ft Kate's Berry Farm

Today we experience another Tasmanian icon - the gorgeous sparkling waters of Wineglass Bay in Freycinet National Park. Fantastic views are on offer from the lookout and the beach itself. The more adventurous guests have the opportunity to hike Mount Amos for a great photo opl

Our optional activity this morning is a visit to meet the rescued animals at East Coast Natureworld, a respected wildlife sanctuary. We arrive at feeding time and see Tasmanian Devils, wombats, kangaroos, koalas, wallabies, eagles, quolls and many more animals ($2o/person)

This afternoon we travel down the scenic coast road back to Hobart, with a stop at the famous Kate's Berry Farm at Swansea. It's a great afternoon tea stop with a fantastic viewl
