Best-selling tour featuring the spectacular Buccaneer Archipelago with a stopover at Cape Leveque.

After departing Broome we head over Roebuck Bay heading north across the Dampier Peninsula and King Sound to the Horizontal Waterfalls. This unique and remarkable natural phenomenon is created by one of the world's highest tides resulting in a spectacular white-water tidal shift through two narrow and rocky cliffs*. We circle the falls in both directions for photo opportunities.

Exiting over the turquoise waters of Talbot Bay we head out towards the myriad deserted islands that comprise the Buccaneer Archipelago first chartered by William Dampier in 1688. We fly on towards the open cut iron ore mines of Koolan Island and Cockatoo Island.

Landing at Cape Leveque refreshments are provided overlooking the Indian Ocean. A relaxing swim in the sheltered waters of the bay is a refreshing break and access to beach facilities is provided. The journey back to Broome takes in the many pretty bays and beaches of the Dampier Peninsula's west coast, including Pender Bay, Middle Lagoon, James Price Point, Willie Creek and the world-famous Cable Beach.
