3 Day Coral Bay and Ningaloo Reef

Overview

Fly along the coast from fishing villages on sandy beaches, over the amazing pink lake, then alongside rugged coastal cliffs and onto the pristine remoteness of Shark Bay. After a brief stop over in Carnarvon we fly over the large salt lake of Lake McCload and the Ningaloo Reef. Arrive at Coral Bay, heart of the Ningaloo Reef, home of the Whale Shark and most prolific fish and coral you will find anywhere in the world, and only meters from the beach. Cruise on the Sub Sea Explorer and snorkel in the warm waters, or just relax on the beach.

Book into your sea side accommodation and relax, your pilot/guide will be on hand to advise you on things to do. Take time out and spend an extra day in Coral Bay. You should plan on this if you wish to do the day swim with the Whale Sharks. (March - June)

After spending the next morning relaxing on the beach or snorkelling on the reef enjoy some lunch and lay back while we fly you to your hotel in Perth.

Day 1

0600 Free hotel pick-up.
0630 Fly along the west coast from fishing villages on sandy beaches, over the Pink Lake, then along side rugged coastal cliffs and onto the vastness of Shark Bay. Then over the deserted Islands of Bernier and Dorre, huge Lake Macleod salt lake and Ningaloo Reef.
1030 Arrive at Coral Bay, heart of the Ningaloo Reef, home to the Whale Shark and most prolific fish life on the Australian Coast only meters from the beach. Book in to The Coral Bay Resort and relax.
1200 Take a cruise on the sub sea explorer and view the many fish and types of coral found here or just swim or snorkel in the clear pristine waters around the reef system. Many optional local tours and dives are available and your guide can help you with these.

Day 2

0900 Board your boat for the Whale Shark experience, or other interesting dives. If you like just do your own thing for the day.

Day 3 - Via Carnarvon

1000 Room check out.
1300 Depart for Perth via Carnarvon and the Gascoyne River.

1730 Back at your hotel.

1230 Drive to the unbelievable 40 Km beach made of shells
1420 Depart for Perth
1745 Back at your hotel.
Pinnacles Option
1100 Depart for Cervantes via Carnarvon and the Gascoyne River.
1440 Arrive Cervantes for your four tour of the unique Pinnacles Desert.
1620 Fly over the Dead Pinnacles (seen only from the air) and along the west coast to Perth
1745 Back at your hotel.
Shell Beach (and / or Hamelin Pool )and Pinnacles Option
1000 Depart for shark Bay via Carnarvon and the Gascoyne River.
1130 depart on your ground tour
1250 Depart for Cervantes
1440 Arrive Cervantes for your four tour of the unique Pinnacles Desert.

Day 3 Via Monkey Mia Option

0700 Depart for Monkey Mia via Carnarvon and the Gascoyne River.
0830 Arrive Monkey Mia for dolphin feeding.

1420 Depart for Perth
1745 Back at your hotel.
Pinnacles Option
1220 Transfer to Shark Bay Airport.
1250 Depart for Cervantes after flying in search of the marine wildlife found in Shark Bay
1440 Arrive Cervantes for your tour of the unique Pinnacles Desert.
1620 Fly over the Dead Pinnacles (seen only from the air) and along the west coast to Perth
1745 Back at your hotel.
