** The Barossa
Travel through Adelaide northwards to the world renowned Barossa wine region. Enjoy the change of scenery as we make our way into the vineyards of South Australia's premium wine region.
** TeAro Estate
Our first stop is TeAro Estate, located in the main street of Williamstown in a heritage listed 1850's barn. In the intimate Tasting Room, you will be treated to morning tea sourced from the local bakery and wine tastings while hearing stories from 4 generations of family vignerons.
** Kellermeister
Leaving Williamstown, we'll drive a short distance through the town of Lyndoch to Kellermeister, which is a delightful mud brick cellar door with breath taking views over the estate vineyard to the Barossa ranges beyond. Enjoy tastings of a wide variety of international award winning wines including their Wild Witch Shiraz, the 'Retro' selection and a crisp apple cider.
** Maggie Beer's Farm Shop
Our next stop is a visit to Maggie Beer's Farm Shop*, an absolute must whilst visiting the Barossa. Maggie Beer - cook, writer and founder of 'Maggie Beer Products', offers tastings and sales of her full product range including limited edition seasonal produce. Here we can browse amongst her personally selected regional specialty goods, purchase one of her signed books or simply sit back and take in the view.
** Lunch at Saltram Wine Estate
On your arrival to the historic Saltram Wine Estate at Angaston, enjoy a two-course restaurant lunch in a private room. Here we will learn about Saltram's 150 year history and taste some of the wide selection of quality wines from the stunning cellar door.
Included Meals: Lunch
** Wolf Blass Visitor Centre
After lunch, enjoy tastings of some of the award-winning wines at Wolf Blass Visitor Centre and learn about Wolf Blass the man, the wines, the winery and the vineyards.
** Pindarie Cellar Door
Our final stop for the day will be Pindarie, which is a multi-tourism award winning cellar door, which feels more like an Australian Homestead than a cellar door. The friendly staff don't just pour the wine, they share the stories behind the wines and Pindarie, a great way to finish off our Barossa Food & Wine Experience.
