2 days small coach touring with an experienced guide and entry fees to Kangaroo Island attractions

Visit attractions such as Rob's Shearing & Sheepdogs, Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery, Seal Bay Conservation Park, Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch, Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and sandboarding at Little Sahara

Accommodation on a 206 hectare private bush property at Vivonne Bay which has 1km of beachfront access

At Vivonne Bay Lodge, choose from a range of activities such as kayaking, cycling and swimming

The Seal Bay Discovery is an incredible day touring experience offering you amazing opportunities to discover the most popular wildlife attractions on Kangaroo Island.

Visit Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery where you will listen to an introductive talk about the history of the oil distillery and take a guided tour. Finish off with some free time in their souvenir shop where you will find an assortment of Eucalyptus products. Enjoy lunch in a bush setting at Vivonne Bay followed by a unique experience at Seal Bay where you'll get up and close to nature as the wild Australian sea lions frolic and laze about on this stunning beach.

Next, visit Raptor Domain to watch a 'In-Flight' Australian Birds of Prey Display. Enjoy a delightful interactive experience and meet an array of Australian birds and raptors. From here you will travel to Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park where you can get up close with Koalas, see Penguins swim and play, hand feed Kangaroos and Wallabies, learn about endangered species, interact with Snakes, Crocodiles and reptiles and experience Kangaroo Island Wildlife at your fingertips!

From Adelaide, this tour is a 16 hour day that includes travel to and from Kangaroo Island. You do get time to rest during your ferry transfers & coach travel between attractions. Or, if you have the time to spare, why not consider staying overnight on Kangaroo Island or going over the day before your tour!

After your morning hotel pick up, visit Clifford's Honey Farm to enjoy an informative talk by the beekeeper followed by tastings and an opportunity to sample homemade honey ice-cream and honey beauty products. Next, travel to Hanson Bay Visitor Centre Café for a scrumptious two course lunch. After lunch you have the chance to look for Koalas nestled up in the eucalypts and see an abundance of native birdlife in the wildlife sanctuary.

From here, travel to the western most part of the Island, Flinders Chase National Park, one of Australia's largest and earliest conservation parks. Travel through the park and enjoy breath-taking views of its unique trees, plants and coastal scenery. You will be taken to the rugged southern coastline for a walk around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Remarkable Rocks provide great photographic opportunities and stunning sea views. Admirals Arch boardwalk takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal this spectacular arch, a natural nursery and safe haven for playful Long-nosed Fur Seals that can be seen swimming and playing in the waves, or resting on the rocks.

There is also a possibility that you will see more kangaroos, wallabies and wildlife on your return journey back to your overnight accommodation on Kangaroo Island or your return journey back to Adelaide.

Private, Single, 2 or 4-share rooms are available on request at an extra cost (share bathroom facilities). Please call or email to enquire. This tour is not recommended for children under the age of 12. Children under 14 years must be booked into a Private Room with an accompanied adult (not Dormitory Rooms) and 15-17 years can stay in the Dormitory but must be accompanied by someone 18+. Please note that part of the enjoyment of this tour is the active hands-on participation of everyone. This will include the preparation of meals, washing dishes and general assistance to the guide. As with all nature based experiences, animal interaction cannot be guaranteed and all relevant safety restrictions apply. Itinerary and inclusions are subject to change on days classified as 'catastrophic fire danger' on Kangaroo Island.

  • We recommend the hotel accommodated kangaroo island option for Senior passengers.
  • There is a strict luggage limit of 15kg per person on the flight from Kangaroo Island. Please be warned that baggage in excess of this weight will not be carried.
  • Day 6 is a free day but as we arrive late night on 5th day night, we recommend do book the flight 6th day any time.
