On arrival at Sydney Airport you will be transferred to your hotel (flights anytime). The rest of the day is at leisure.

After time at leisure board your Captain Cook cruise for a buffet lunch on Sydney Harbour. Later, board your coach to see the sights of the city. Travel through the historic Rocks district, a lively and popular spot brimming with boutique stores, art galleries and restaurants. Next stop is Mrs. Macquarie's Chair in the Royal Botanic Gardens, for spectacular views of the Sydney Opera House. Continue east to your destination, Bondi Beach. You can wander along the shoreline and dip your toes in the cool clear water.

Return to the city where early evening you'll dine in the heart of downtown CBD at the Sydney Tower Restaurant. Enjoy banquetstyle dining with uninterrupted revolving views of one of the world's most picturesque cities.

Experience Australia's oldest wine producing region, the Hunter Valley. View the opulent surrounds of Leogate Estate as you taste their award-winning varietals. Next up is Hunter Valley Resort, where you can walk among the vines and learn about the wine making-process and the key role the resort plays in this region. Enjoy lunch made from local produce, while you sample some of the area's best wines. Visit the award-winning McGuigan Wines for a private group tasting and visit to the cellar door, where you can purchase wine to take home. Finish the day at Roche Estate with free time to explore the shops offering Australian cheeses, gourmet delights, coffee, gelato, craft beer and wine.
