The Blue Mountains is a world heritage listed area of immense natural beauty. Covering over 248,000 hectares, the park is bigger than some countries! Massive deep valleys, narrow canyons, rainforests, waterfalls, rugged sandstone escarpments and craggy cliffs offer breathtaking vistas and experiences.
Tour the mountain tourist capital of Katoomba and witness spectacular high country views on the scenic Cliff Drive from Narrow Neck Point. You'll have an opportunity to ride the Scenic Skyway high above Cox's Crossing at the foot of Katoomba Falls and the world's steepest Scenic Railway or the new Scenic Cableway (own expense). At Echo Point see breathtaking views over the Jamison Valley and the Three Sisters rock formation.
Enjoy the many unique animals of the Australian bush at Featherdale Wildlife Park. Have your photo taken with cuddly koalas (free with own camera), feed kangaroos, encounter an emu, see Tasmanian Devils, possums, wallabies, bandicoots, wombats and colourful parrots. You'll even have a chance of a close up look at Australian reptiles, crocodiles, echidnas and goannas.
